CAMPING
Anyone joining the Scout Volunteer team for the full weekend is able to camp for free for the duration of the festival. Volunteers can camp from the Thursday through to the Monday morning. Scout volunteers camp in a designated campsite with other staff and volunteers.
However, there is a finite amount of space, so we ask that volunteers keep their canvas footprint to a minimum.
CATERING
Scout volunteers are provided with a packed lunch on the day(s) they volunteer. outside of this volunteers are individually responsible for their own catering arrangements. Volunteers can cook for themselves in the campsite (no open fires or BBQs), or alternatively there are a variety of food outlets across the festival showground to suit most tastes and diets.
