CAMPING
Anyone joining the Scout Volunteer team has the opportunity to camp with other volunteers and event organisers on site (no trailer tents, caravans or motorhomes). Volunteers can camp the night before on the Friday.
However, there is a finite amount of space, so we ask that volunteers keep their canvas footprint to a minimum.
CATERING
Scout volunteers are provided with a food voucher which can be redeemed at the food stands on Saturday. Outside of this volunteers are individually responsible for their own catering arrangements. Volunteers who are camping can cook for themselves in the campsite (no open fires or BBQs).
We would recommend that volunteers bring along their own food and drink, including a packed lunch, snacks and a hot drink, as some of the volunteering locations are a distance from the main arena.
